  • With the 5-Pass Proofer, we achieve 42 Meters of proof distance in a 9.0-Meter-long proofing enclosure, allowing for a smaller footprint production line.
  • A full enclosure around the machine allows for many access doors to improve cleaning and inspection, while better sealing the chamber to increase efficiency.
