Innovative Mixing Equipment
If you work with cracker dough or other doughs that require a two-stage mixing process with a fermentation period in between, the Thomas L. Green Vertical Spindle Mixer can streamline your process. The mixer allows the same dough to be mixed twice but remain in the same trough throughout the process. After the first mixing stage, the dough-filled trough can be repositioned beneath the spindles and mixed again to incorporate the final ingredients.
When you want to produce a more consistent dough and finished product, consider our continuous mixing technology. Exact Continuous Mixers come in many sizes, ranging from 100 to 10,000 kg/hour.

When your product line involves pretzels, potato chips and other crisp baked snacks, the flexible Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® offers a variety of heat transfer combinations in a single modular design. It features radiation, convection and conduction heat transfer options that are built and controlled as separate heating zones for more precise control of product quality.
A separate optional SPECTRUM Multi-Pass Dryer provides faster oven speeds, greater production throughput, and more process control. The Dryer efficiently reduces product core moistures, improving overall quality and storage characteristics.
