Vertical Spindle Mixer
The Thomas L. Green Vertical Spindle Mixer is a proven and efficient solution for mixing fermented or unfermented biscuit and cracker dough and other two-stage or proofed-dough products.
The Spindle Mixer is particularly well-suited to doughs that require a two-stage mixing process with a fermentation period in between, such as cracker doughs, as well as for doughs containing ingredients that can be easily damaged during the mixing process.
This mixing platform has been the tried-and-true batch mixing workhorse in the baking industry day in and day out for more than 100 years, but has now been completely redesigned to offer a more modern appearance, larger capacity, and other improvements, including:
