Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN
The PRISM OVEN is a flexible single-pass baking platform that offers both recirculation and convection baking zones for cookies, crackers or biscuits for balanced and consistent quality, color, taste and texture.
For baking cookies, we offer hybrid ovens using the recirculation zones for product development and “cooking” and efficient moisture removal and coloring in the convection zone. Customers appreciate the oven’s capacity for repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity and type of heat transfer.
The PRISM OVEN is now available with traditional brick or Thermatec High Radiant Steel Ceiling, a new technology that offers performance comparable to traditional fire brick oven ceilings. The Thermatec Ceiling radiates heat as effectively as fire bricks, is less expensive, and does not need the maintenance that fire bricks require.

Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN®
The SPECTRUM OVEN® offers radiation, convection and conduction heat transfer options in a modular design, making it the ideal oven for baked potato chips, baked crisps, extruded pretzels, bread snacks and pet treats.
The SPECTRUM OVEN is available in a number of configurations with different heat transfer modules, enabling you to adjust the profile for more product variation. Each zone can be customized to a specific temperature, air velocity and exhaust. A kiln or dryer zone may be combined with an oven zone to create a space-efficient two-pass baking chamber.
The SPECTRUM OVEN® can be shipped in factory pre-built modules for fast installation and minimum plant disruption. It has excellent access for cleaning and is available in full stainless steel construction where salt, corrosion or high humidity levels are a concern.
