Bake Perfect Product with the SCORPION® 2 Profiling System

The SCORPION® 2 Profiling System has been a staple in the cookie, cracker and pretzel industry for over 20 years. The System enables you to monitor real-time in-process conditions giving you the critical information you need to correct problems and maintain optimum process conditions. This webinar will discuss how to use the SCORPION® 2 to measure the four key baking parameters: Temperature, Air Velocity, Heat Flux and Humidity. We will highlight some of our new products, including the Digital Humidity Sensor and Online Training Program. Finally, we will demonstrate how to use the SCORPION® 2 to perform your Kill Step Validation as required by the Food Safety Modernization Act.
